The Old Grove

I was in Stratford today, celebrating Thanksgiving. I spent a couple hour this afternoon exploring with my mother-in-law at The Old Grove. It was a beautiful day, and the Autumn colours were gorgeous.  There was also plenty of tiny fungus everywhere I looked. Small, beautiful and very photogenic.

Overlooked

A tiny little mushroom. Delicate and close to the ground. Overlooked by most. Through the right eyes it blossoms. It is just as beautiful as any flower.

Today was one of those days. Mondays are always tough, but for some reason today hit a little harder. Accepting the warm days of summer are gone, is never easy. Autumn has come again, just like last year. It brings the cold and damp weather that chills to the bone, And forces us to accept the end is near. But it also amazes us with warm and spectacular colours, And beauty that has no comparison….
