Happy September! The greatest 30 days of the year… In my opinion anyway.
Of course, September is my birth month, which may or may not create a bias on my part. There are so many other wonderful things about the month. I don’t even know where to begin. Here are just a few…
• Warm days and cool nights
• The start of the Autumn colours and beautiful fall foliage
• The boys go BACK to school
• Apple season starts (think warm apple crisp and apple pie)
• It is okay to cook stews, soups and chilis again
• Crisp, cold morning air
• Blue jeans and warm cozy sweaters are fashionable once again
• The MLB pennant race is full throttle
• We are only 6 months away from maple syrup season (another of my favorites)
• And, did I mention my birthday???

Boy do I agree on the above, I also love the warm days and cool nights, being cool and having to wear sweaters and jackets, cooking comfort food again and the beautiful colours of Autumn. Really pretty picture.
