Low Fidelity Friday – Yunon YN 300

It has a been a little while since the last Low Fidelity Friday, and I have really missed them.  I have to start getting in the habit of finishing a roll of film off before starting another roll in another camera.  I also need to get my film developed in a more timely manner.

I have so many great vintage cameras and toy cameras that I really have to start using.  Recently, I added a Minolta Memo and a Snap, Crackle and Pop camera to my always growing collection.

Today, I thought I’d share some of the pictures from my Yunon YN 300.  It is a cute little plastic toy camera that looks like an SLR.  The pictures it takes have some very Holga-like qualities.  Most notable, is the lovley light leaks.  I think it give a very dreamy finish to the pictures.

All of the following picutes were taken in the Spring of 2010.  Some were taken at The Arboretum, and the rest were taken at The Ignatius Jesuit Centre.  You can see more of my Yunon shots here.

Lovely composition on the last one! And it’s strange how the first on turned out… :)

I love seeing the various results you’re getting from this camera!

Colors and light are gorgeous!
