Rob, the boys and I decided to drive up to Peterborough yesterday to explore the city.
He attended Fleming from 1996-1998, and was eager for the trip down memory lane.
It was my first time there, and I really enjoyed it.
We drove around and explored the surrounding areas including Lakefield and the beautiful Bobcaygeon.
We really have to go back again when the weather is warmer, and not so wet.

(This was taken north of Peterborough on the drive back from Lakefield. The layered texture is Alice-In-Chains by Shadowhouse Creations.)
The drive back was a long one, and I was giving Rob some photography lessons while driving.
I’m not sure if he is going to retain any of it, but this is his handy work.

It was an inspired moment on my part.
We had to stop for pee breaks, and growling through the window seemed like a good idea at the time.
Not so flattering, but still funny.

Ha HA – he’s a genius in the making, I’m sure.
I. Learned. Nothing.
Memory Lane can be so emotional, Krista, especially when it’s not at all like what you remembered. It sounds like this one was a good experience for all. Rob is on the right track and that’s what counts.
